Save money by typing all of your email reply's 'offline' or in a word
doc first. When you are done, go online & hit send or copy & paste
your email reply & then hit send all in record time! Don't forget to
log out!
Otherwise you are being charged 65 Cents/Minute or whatever the internet rate package is for your cruise...
Ø STAY FIT
- Cruising means that you will be faced with endless food choices that will leave you salivating for more...here are some tips that can really help keep off the extra weight...
1. Take the stairs often - It's worth it!
2. Walk the Promenade Deck & complete at least 5 laps.
3. Swim in the Pool...just changing your body temperature helps burn extra calories. We like to swim 20 laps everyday & it doesn't take very long!
4. 20 push-ups & sit-ups can make a great difference...
5. Properly combine your foods...If you eat meat, have it with salad or non starch vegetables...avoid pasta, meat & potatoes mixed together...Stick to lots of fruit or salads...save deserts for a special night instead of every evening...
